Oriental Spa is a peaceful oasis high above Cape Town, where spacious treatment rooms in calming tones look out over the sea and sky far below. Our therapists work across more than twenty treatments drawn from Thai, Balinese, Japanese, Swedish and Chinese traditions, because no two people carry tension in the same place and no single technique suits everyone. From September 2026 you will find us in Brackenfell as well as Plattekloof.

Located at Brackenfell Medical Centre, corner of Old Paarl Road and Brackenfell Boulevard, our spa provides a calm and relaxing atmosphere inside, where you can unwind from the busyness of everyday life.

Extraordinary Experiences
Come alone, come together, or bring the whole office.
Book a single treatment or spend the afternoon: hot stone, bamboo, fire cupping and herbal compress alongside the classics, plus deep cleansing facials, foot spa treatments, manicures, pedicures and waxing. Our couples room seats two side by side, our wellness package pairs yoga with a full body massage, and our corporate service comes to you — office, boardroom or staff wellness day. A gift voucher can be set for both branches or for one, whichever suits the person receiving it.
Our Core Values
Care that is qualified. Our training centre is a QCTO Accredited Skills Development Provider, and we teach in classes of no more than five, so every pair of hands is actually watched.
Hygiene you should not have to ask about. Our health and safety guidelines are published in full rather than summarised.
Prices on the page. Every treatment on our menu carries its price.
